We have excellent infrastructure to manufacture Granular Coconut shell Activated carbon with necessary production facility set up at 10 acres of Land in an Industrial area where we have ample Facilities such as Water, Power and Labor. We have 9 Rotary kilns, equipped with excellent machineries to produce International Grade Activated carbon. A well-equipped laboratory (ie) E-11 Sieve’s according to ASTM Standards stands as a strength to us. Transport of goods and quickly exporting activities are done easily because we are just about 10 KM from Tuticorin Port which is a well-known port in Southern India.
With emerging increasingly stringent water regulations, as well as improved analytical methods for detecting water born contaminants at lower concentration levels, municipal water providers are facing escalating challenges to meet water quality standards, among all of these; heightened public awareness of water quality issues will be one of the main stressors initiating change. High Purity and High activity
Acid Washed – A process whereby the activated carbon is washed by acid to remove the water-soluble ash. Acid wash carbon has extensive internal structure, neutral surface, maximum hardness, extended operational life, high volume activity, and rapid pH stabilization. This activated carbon is produced for use in ultra-pure water treatment systems requiring low conductivity and exceptionally high purity. This activated carbon is also specifically designed for the removal of heavy hydrocarbons from recovered condensate. The acid washing process removes soluble silica from the matrix of the activated carbon to prevent leaching into the condensate.
Acid wash carbon is used in various applications such as Condensate de-oiling, semiconductor process water, dialysis treatment, point of entry treatment units, and protection of reverse osmosis membranes from chlorine and organic fouling.
