HDPE Outer Bag
High-Density Polyethylene outer bags provide superior tensile strength, tear resistance, and UV stability. Suitable for sea freight and outdoor storage. Available in woven and non-woven forms.
LDPE Inner Liner
Low-Density Polyethylene inner liner creates a moisture-proof barrier, protecting activated carbon from humidity during sea transit. Heat sealed to ensure zero moisture ingress.
Labelling Standards
Each bag is clearly labelled with: product name, grade, mesh size, iodine value, lot number, net weight, gross weight, manufacturing date, ASTM test reference, and Raj Carbon contact details.

Raj Carbon's manufacturing facility is located just 7 km from Tuticorin Port (V.O. Chidambaranar Port Trust) one of the largest and busiest container ports in South India.
This proximity means lower transport costs to the port, faster stuffing and loading operations, and reduced risk of delays compared to manufacturers located hours from the coast.
We handle both FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less-than-Container Load) shipments. Our logistics team coordinates all export documentation including Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Packing List, and ASTM Certificate of Analysis.

20' FCL Container
Approx. 18–20 MT capacity. Suitable for medium-volume orders. Fast loading and documentation. Typically 360–800 bags depending on pack size.
40' FCL Container
Approx. 24–26 MT capacity. Best cost-per-ton for large orders. Preferred by bulk buyers and distributors. Jumbo bags recommended.
LCL Consolidation
Less-than-Container Load for trial orders and smaller quantities. Consolidated via Tuticorin Port with regular sailings to major global ports.
